These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of harvextrading.com (the “Platform”) operated by Harvex Trading (“Harvex”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Platform

Harvex is a B2B marketplace connecting verified buyers and sellers of fresh produce globally. The Platform facilitates discovery, communication, and trade between parties but does not act as a buyer or seller itself.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, users must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. Sellers’ payment accounts are created through our PSP, who handle identity verification (KYC/KYB).

Harvex reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information or violates these Terms.

4. Role of Harvex

Harvex operates as a digital marketplace and communication platform. We do not take ownership of goods traded, nor guarantee the performance, quality, or legality of transactions between users.

All payment and settlement activities are managed via third-party payment service providers. Harvex is not a financial institution or escrow agent.

5. User Responsibilities

• Ensure all listings and transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Provide truthful product and business information
• Use the Platform in a professional and lawful manner

Harvex may remove any content or suspend access if misuse, fraud, or illegal activity is detected.

6. Payments

Buyers make payments via bank transfer or supported payment methods. Sellers receive payments in their local currency through approved PSP (Payment Service Provider). Transaction fees and FX charges may apply as determined by the payment partner.

Harvex does not hold, process, or store funds. All monetary transactions occur directly through the integrated PSP.

7. Fees

Platform fees, commissions, or service charges will be disclosed before a transaction is completed. By using the Platform, you agree to the applicable pricing terms.

8. Data and Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Harvex, you consent to our data practices and processing activities described therein.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the property of Harvex or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Harvex provides the Platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding its operation, accuracy, or availability. To the extent permitted by law, Harvex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use or user interactions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent behavior, or misuses the Platform. Users may delete their account by contacting info@harvextrading.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved under Belgian jurisdiction.

13. Updates to the Terms

Harvex may revise these Terms periodically. The most recent version will always be available on this page, with the effective date indicated above.
